Zero-Touch Windows Autopilot Pipeline

Problem: New device setup took 2–3 hours per machine with inconsistent configuration and manual software installs.

Designed and deployed a full Windows Autopilot provisioning pipeline using Intune. Configured ESP, dynamic device groups, compliance policies, and scoped app deployments. Resolved a complex AAD Join vs Workplace Join conflict caused by a blocking Line-of-Business app during enrollment, reducing average provisioning time significantly.Automatically install complex software such as REVIT, AUTOCAD and many more during preprovisioning stage.

✓ Provisioning time reduced from 3hrs to 60min · Zero-touch for 90% of devices

Self-Healing Gateway Service on Rocky Linux

Problem: A critical network gateway service would silently fail under load, causing undetected outages for up to 2 hours.

Diagnosed file descriptor exhaustion as the root cause of gateway instability. Tuned kernel-level fd limits via /etc/security/limits.conf and sysctl. Configured systemd with Restart=always, custom RestartSec backoff.

✓ MTTR from ~2hrs to <60 seconds · Zero undetected outages since deployment
